Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Interior Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior sales and demonstrate exceptional client relationship and product knowledge skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Interior Design Knowledge (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of interior design principles to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Client Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and business retention.
  • Product Knowledge (Mandatory skill): Extensive knowledge of products to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Lead Generation: Experience in generating leads through various channels to expand client base and increase sales opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop effective sales strategies to meet company goals and enhance market presence.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and engage with clients effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and handle objections professionally.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, ensuring high motivation levels to drive sales performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Utilize extensive product knowledge to advise clients and offer customized interior design solutions.
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities to expand client base and enhance sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and improve brand visibility.
  • Regularly monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and provide insights to management on sales performance and future forecasts.
