Job Overview

As an Interiors Sales Manager, you will spearhead the sales efforts in the interior design sector. Based in Hyderabad, this full-time, mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience. You will be instrumental in driving sales growth and establishing strong business relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • B2B Sales (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to close sales in a business-to-business environment, focusing on generating revenue for interior design services.
  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in identifying and qualifying potential clients to expand the customer base effectively.
  • Interior Design Knowledge (Mandatory skill): Strong understanding of interior design principles to effectively communicate and persuade potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and sustain fruitful relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiation: Excellent skills in negotiating contracts and terms with clients to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Experience in formulating and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the interior design sector.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Capability to analyze industry trends and leverage insights to capture new opportunities and innovate sales approaches.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas, proposals, and complex concepts clearly to clients and team members.
