Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Executive located in Dehradun. The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. The day-to-day tasks include regular client meetings, coordination with internal teams, tracking project progress, resolving any issues that arise, and identifying opportunities for account growth and optimization.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Project management and coordination abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills for tracking project progress and identifying opportunities for optimization
- Proficiency with event management platforms and tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the event management industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
