Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and passionate CCNA & CCNP Trainer to join our educational institution. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Cisco networking training, focusing on both CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certifications. You will guide students through theory, practical labs, and provide mentorship, ensuring they develop the skills needed for success in the networking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Course Delivery:
• Teach and deliver engaging, interactive CCNA and CCNP courses, ensuring that students understand core networking principles and gain practical, real-world networking skills.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans, presentations, and instructional materials that align with Cisco's certification guidelines.
• Conduct lectures, practical lab sessions, and discussions that allow students to apply networking concepts in a hands-on environment.
• Student Support:
• Actively monitor student progress, offering timely feedback and additional assistance where necessary.
• Provide mentorship and guidance on exam preparation, career pathways, and professional development in the networking field.
• Evaluate student performance through quizzes, exams, practical labs, and group activities.
• Course Content Development:
• Continuously update and improve course materials in line with the latest trends in networking technologies and certification exam requirements.
• Ensure the practical lab environment is up-to-date, facilitating the most effective learning experience.
• Ongoing Professional Development:
• Stay current on Cisco updates, new certifications, and networking trends to deliver the best learning experience.
• Actively participate in internal training, workshops, and professional networking events.

Required Skills:-

Expertise in MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) and its practical application in enterprise networks.

Deep understanding of BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) and its use in inter-domain routing.

Proficient in Switching and Routing technologies, including VLANs, trunking, and router configuration.

Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi Routing, configuration of Access Points (APs), and Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) management.

Expertise in routing protocols such as RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, and their configuration and troubleshooting.

Knowledge and practical experience with SD-WAN (Software-Defined WAN) technologies, including configuration and deployment.

Experience with configuring and managing VPNs and secure network communications.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must hold valid CCNA and CCNP certifications (Mandatory).
• Additional certifications (CCIE, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in networking, including experience with Cisco devices.
• Prior teaching experience is desirable, but not mandatory (we are open to mentoring new trainers with strong technical backgrounds).
• Hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and managing Cisco devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
