About the Role:

We are hiring a Fresher graduate in Civil Engineering (B.Tech) with a keen interest in Human Resources to join us as an HR Assistant to support our HR team in delivering efficient HR services. This unique blend of HR and technical knowledge will be particularly valuable in understanding the needs of engineering teams and bridging communication between HR and respected departments. This role is ideal for someone who understands the technical nature of our workforce and is looking to build a long-term career in HR within the engineering and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, training programs, and performance appraisals.
  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Assist in drafting HR reports, policies, and communication.
  • Liaise with engineering and project teams to understand manpower requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering recent graduates or someone who wants to explore and experience Human Resources are welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of engineering roles and terminology is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
