Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Mahape.The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing candidates, interviewing, and hiring. The specialist will also be involved in developing and maintaining employer branding efforts. Daily tasks will include managing recruiting pipelines, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring the recruitment process is efficient and effective.

  • Experience with Employer Branding initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in IT or cloud-based industries is a plus
