Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will support sales and business development efforts for RR Group's chemical product portfolio. This role involves client coordination, order management, and market research, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. You will contribute to the company's growth by supporting the sales team and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in sales and marketing activities for chemical products.

· Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure timely follow-up.

· Coordinate with clients, logistics, and internal teams for smooth operations.

· Support in order processing, dispatch tracking, and documentation.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

· Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and customer databases.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of sales or marketing experience in the chemical industry or related field.
  • Experience in handling client communication, reporting, and coordination.

Skills

· Strong understanding of chemical products and their applications.

· Good sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
