In this role, you will connect with potential riders, provide them with detailed product information, address their concerns, and ensure a seamless experience. Your efforts will play a crucial role in building trust and maintaining a high level of engagement with riders.Responsibilities:Outbound Calling:--> Make proactive outbound calls to potential riders to introduce and explain our product offerings.--> Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the product to encourage rider sign-ups.Customer Support:--> Respond promptly to rider inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.--> Maintain a positive and professional attitude when addressing rider concerns.Lead Management and Follow-Up:--> Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert potential riders into active users.--> Build and sustain strong relationships to maintain engagement and loyalty.Target Achievement:--> Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.--> Consistently strive to improve performance metrics and contribute to team goals.Qualifications● Proven experience in customer service, tele calling, or sales(1-2 yrs).● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.● Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.● Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.● A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.● Language Preference - Hindi + Any South Indian Language.Why Join Us?● Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.● Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.● Growth and learning opportunities in a fast-paced environment.If you are passionate about connecting with people, achieving goals, and making a difference, we would love to hear from youLocation of work:Indiranagar, Bangalore, Karnataka 560038, India(Office work)
