Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer focused on testing and quality assurance, you will play a key role in validating the reliability, performance, and accuracy of Brightspeeds AI-driven Circuit Optimization Platform. Youll design and implement robust Python-based test frameworks to ensure the integrity of data pipelines, AI/ML models, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated test frameworks in Python for validating data ingestion, transformation, and normalization processes.
  • Create unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites for AI/ML pipelines, GenAI models, and multi-agent systems.
  • Validate the Canonical Circuit Intelligence Graph (CCIG) for data consistency, traceability, and semantic accuracy.
  • Develop test strategies for forecasting models, recommendation engines, and NLP interfaces.
  • Implement mock services and test harnesses for simulating external system integrations (e.g., ERP, ticketing, vendor portals).
  • Collaborate with developers and DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous quality.
  • Perform regression testing, performance benchmarking, and failure analysis across platform components.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Python programming skills with a focus on test automation and QA engineering.
  • Experience with PyTest, unittest, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data validation, schema testing, and mocking techniques.
  • Exposure to AI/ML model testing, including validation of predictions and explainability.
  • Understanding of graph databases, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience in telecom or network systems testing is a plus.
