Role & responsibilities

  • Participate in developing architectural and site design plans.
  • Coordinate with structural, interior design, and other teams throughout project phases
  • Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion,
  • Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and collaborate with contractors
  • Independently liaise with clients to understand needs and propose design recommendations considering site, budget, and trends
  • Produce architectural, structural, working/detailed drawings and elevations under client requirements
  • Modify designs based on feedback from clients or management
  • Ensure design compliance with building codes and company standards
  • Assist in estimating project costs from a design perspective
  • Support design presentations and documentation efforts

Required Skills & Tools

  • Bachelors in Architecture (B.Arch)

  • Expertise in:

  • Essential: AutoCAD, SketchUp

  • Desirable: Lumion, Revit, 3ds Max, Vray

  • Strong visualization, technical, and communication skills

  • Team collaboration and client interaction ability
  • Freshers (with internships) to candidates with 1–5 years experience welcome
