Job Title: Senior Merchandiser – Hardgoods & Handicrafts

Location: Sector 65, Noida

Experience Required: 6–7 years (Hardgoods & Handicraft industry)

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 (In-hand)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Merchandiser with strong experience in Hardgoods and Handicrafts. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end merchandising operations, oversee buyer communication, coordinate with production teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete product development and merchandising cycle for hardgoods & handicraft categories.
  • Handle buyer communication, understand requirements, and translate them into production plans.
  • Develop new samples as per customer briefs, market trends, and seasonal demands.
  • Coordinate with design, sampling, production, and quality teams to ensure product accuracy and timely execution.
  • Negotiate prices, timelines, and order quantities with buyers and vendors.
  • Maintain and update order sheets, T&A (Time & Action calendar), costing sheets, and shipment schedules.
  • Source raw materials, trims, and accessories while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Monitor production status, quality checkpoints, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Manage export documentation and shipment follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and social standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international buyers.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in hardgoods, handicrafts, home décor, metal, wood, glass, or mixed-material products.
  • Excellent communication and buyer-handling skills.
  • Strong understanding of product development, costing, and production processes.
  • Good analytical ability, negotiation skills, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, T&A management, and documentation.
  • Ability to handle multiple orders and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
