We are looking for a dedicated Store Helper to join our team. If you have a passion for fashion, enjoy organizing, and love working with people, we'd love to hear from you

Position: Store Helper

Company: Kalra Export House

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 (based on experience)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM (7 days a week + 2 Time Off Per Month)

Location: Tower No 2, 19, Subhash Rd, behind St. Joseph Academy, Irigation Colony, Karanpur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with their questions and needs
  • Keep the store clean and organized, including restocking merchandise
  • Help maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Work with teammates to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Support sales assistants and other team members as needed

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and grow in the retail industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings based on store hours

कार्यालय समय: सुबह 10:00 बजे से रात 9:00 बजे तक (सप्ताह के 7 दिन + प्रति माह 2 छुट्टियाँ)

स्थान:Tower No 2, 19, Subhash Rd, behind St. Joseph Academy, Irigation Colony, Karanpur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand

जिम्मेदारियाँ:

  • ग्राहकों का स्वागत करना और उनकी पूछताछ और जरूरतों में सहायता करना।
  • स्टोर को साफ और व्यवस्थित रखना, जिसमें माल की पुनः पूर्ति भी शामिल है।
  • विजुअल मर्चेंडाइजिंग मानकों को बनाए रखने में सहायता करना।
  • बिक्री लक्ष्य और उद्देश्यों को प्राप्त करने के लिए सहयोगियों के साथ मिलकर काम करना।
  • सेल्स असिस्टेंट और अन्य टीम सदस्यों को आवश्यकतानुसार सहायता प्रदान करना।

आवश्यकताएँ:

  • खुदरा उद्योग में सीखने और बढ़ने की इच्छा।
  • तेज गति वाले वातावरण में काम करने की इच्छा।
  • हमारे स्टोर के समयानुसार सप्ताहांत और शाम के समय काम करने के लिए लचीलापन।
