About the Role:

We are seeking a 
Graphic Designer with around 1 year of professional experience
, who is well-versed in 
Adobe Suite tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro
. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, strong adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple projects independently in a high-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing designs for 
    Digital (web, social media, UI banners)
  • Work on 
    motion graphics, animations, and video edits
     using After Effects & Premiere Pro.
  • Translate creative briefs into clear, engaging visual outputs.
  • Adapt master creatives into multiple sizes & formats as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, and development teams to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Manage projects independently, from concept to execution, while juggling multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience
     as a Graphic Designer.
  • Proficiency in 
    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro
     (knowledge of other Adobe tools is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.
  • Experience working on web as well as print deliverables (knowledge of print production is a plus).
  • Ability to 
    adapt quickly
    , multitask, and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent team player with a collaborative attitude.
  • Creative thinker who can take briefs and convert them into effective designs.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing static & motion design work.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of additional animation or editing tools.
  • Basic UI/UX understanding or experience with tools.
  • Familiarity with preparing files for print production.
