Job description

Are you a seasoned graphic design professional with a passion for creativity and innovation? Redma Ideas is looking for a dynamic Senior Graphic Designer/Visualizer to join our team at our office in Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative design process for a variety of projects, including branding, print materials, digital assets, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visual concepts.
  • Conceptualize and create original, high-quality graphic designs that align with client objectives.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers when needed.
  • Ensure design consistency and brand adherence across all projects.
  • Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a proven track record in a Senior Graphic Designer role.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
  • Exceptional creativity and a strong portfolio showcasing your diverse design work.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for staying updated on design trends and technologies.
  • A bachelor's degree in commercial/applied arts or a related field is a plus.
