Derma MD Clinics, a premier dermatology center in Thane, is hiring We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Clinic Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to be the face of our clinic and ensure a seamless client experience.

If you have a pleasant personality and professional experience from a fast-paced skin clinic, salon, spa, or premium hospitality setting, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Greet clients with a warm, professional demeanor and manage the clinic floor.
  • Manage Patient Flow: Handle all appointment bookings (using our Clinic ERP software - training provided), manage the appointment queue, and minimize wait times.
  • Handle Communications: Professionally answer all incoming calls, respond to patient queries via phone and WhatsApp, and manage clinic correspondence.
  • Oversee Front-Office Operations: Manage client billing, handle petty cash, and maintain accurate daily expense records.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience)

Required:

  • Minimum HSC (12th Pass).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi or Marathi.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, email).
  • A positive, smiling, and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred (Highly Valued):

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Direct experience as a receptionist or front desk executive in a skin clinic, salon, spa, or hotel.
  • Age - 18 to 40 years
  • Gender - Any

Work Schedule

  • Shift: 9-hour day shift
