Job Title: Clinical Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Clinical Receptionist. The Clinical Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

3. Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits.

4. Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments.

5. Maintain patient records and update information as needed.

6. Assist with billing and coding tasks as required.

7. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.

8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

9. Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

6. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

7. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹9,673.02 - ₹23,283.88 per month
