MyOperator is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Operations Intern to join our SMBG Micro Team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in client operations, product onboarding, and account management within a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities


Assist the SMBG Micro Team in panel setups, configuration, and basic technical onboarding for clients.

Support in client training sessions—explaining features, workflows, and best practices.

Coordinate with internal teams (support, tech, ops) to ensure smooth onboarding and timely task closures.

Maintain accurate documentation of client requirements and onboarding progress.

Handle basic client queries under supervision and ensure high-quality client experience.

Gradually take ownership of client accounts as proficiency improves.


Future Growth Path


Once you demonstrate strong understanding of our platform and client communication skills, the role will transition to Account Manager – SMBG Micro Team with increased responsibilities and client portfolio ownership.

Basic understanding of SaaS/tech products (training will be provided).
