Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers via phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, generating leads, offering customer support, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include following up on leads, explaining the benefits of our investment products, and maintaining a detailed database of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support
- Proven Sales abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
