Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive responsible for managing social media platforms, creating content strategies, and driving brand growth across digital channels. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and familiar with modern marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

Create, schedule, and monitor content calendars and social media campaigns.

Develop and support digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing engagement, reach, and brand visibility.

Generate innovative ideas for follower growth, audience engagement, and trend-based content.

Track platform analytics, generate reports, and optimize posts based on performance.

Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives, videos, and marketing assets.

Stay updated with market trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.

Support the execution of marketing initiatives for internal branding and lead generation.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of social media handling across major platforms.

Ability to ideate and contribute to marketing strategies and campaign execution.

Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.

Basic to advanced understanding of analytics, depending on experience level.

Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and LinkedIn management tools.

Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
