Position: Program Manager Who we areThe NS Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning(NSRCEL) is IIM Bangalore's startup hub and incubation centre. The centre isstructured as a section -8 not -for -profit entity.NSRCEL's mission is to support ventures in thestart -up ecosystem that demonstrate potential to create significant economicand societal impact. This financial year alone NSRCEL has engaged with 1106ventures through 13 unique program tracks across 82 towns in the country.NSRCEL is supported by Department of Science andTechnology and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NSRCEL haspartners with corporates like Alstom, Capgemini, Goldman Sachs, Kotak MahindraBank, Maruti Suzuki, Pernod Ricard India Foundation and SBI Foundation, amongothers to support idea stage and early -revenue stage entrepreneurs and startupsin focussed themes of climate -tech, women entrepreneurship, and social impact. What you will be doing Mentoring is a function at NSRCEL that ensures over 1000+founders, annually, get the mentoring support they require through a highlyexclusive pool of mentors who come with immense expertise in varied domains. Asa Program Manager in the Mentoring team you will have the opportunity to managerelationships with part of our mentor pool and work with across differentincubation programs. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee mentoring operations;work with a team of Virtual Assistants to schedule, track & monitormentoring connects.Ensure process efficiency &continuous optimization to deliver the best possible Mentor & FounderexperienceActively participate in events toscout mentors based on gap analysis & requirements of specific programsBuild & nurture the mentorcommunity through active engagement on online platforms as well as conducting curatedmeetupsManage the P&L for the mentoringfunction; ensure effective utilization of resources.Ongoingreporting & insights on various mentoring interventions.Lead strategic initiatives and experiments aimed at creating highimpact and long -term value for founders and the mentoring community.Leverage and optimize tools and software used to manage theend -to -end mentoring process; provide feedback for continual improvement.  RequirementsHave an undergraduate degree with5 -6 years' experience or postgraduate degree with 4 -5 years of experienceHave held roles in the pastmanaging high stakes stakeholdersGreat communication skills &high accountability to close the loopComfortable with managing data& tools like excelProject & process managementskill set including planning, regular updates, communication, handling end toend execution with a strong sense of discipline.Conflict management, negotiationskills are key.
