- Performance management: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas, track sales progress using CRM software, and generate performance reports.
- Market and product knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- After-sales support: Follow up with clients after a sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Internal collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to create a seamless client experience.
