The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Full-Time ACCA Faculty member to deliver engaging and effective instruction across the ACCA qualification levels. If you have a deep understanding of the ACCA syllabus and a passion for teaching, we encourage you to apply.

*Key Responsibilities*

Conduct classes and tutorials for students preparing for ACCA Papers across the following levels:

Knowledge Level (e.g., BT, MA, FA)

Skills Level (e.g., LW, PM, TX, FR, AA, FM)

Professional (P) Level (e.g., SBL, SBR, AFM, APM, ATX, AAA)

Develop and update high-quality teaching materials, lecture notes, and practice questions.

Evaluate student performance through mock exams, assignments, and internal assessments.

Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to students to help them achieve their learning objectives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in the ACCA syllabus, examination techniques, and professional practices.

Actively participate in faculty meetings and academic development initiatives.

*Required Qualifications & Skills*

ACCA Qualification (or equivalent professional qualification) is mandatory.

Proven teaching experience with a strong track record in preparing students for ACCA examinations is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Deep and comprehensive knowledge of the assigned ACCA papers.

Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a classroom effectively.

Commitment to a Full-Time role.

*Compensation & Benefits*

Salary: Competitive, with an annual package Up to 12 LPA (commensurate with experience and expertise).
