Job Title: Production Supervisor – Stitching Unit

Company: Supeema Clothing Co. (Supeema Cottons Pvt Ltd.)

Location: Asmeeta Textile Park, Bhiwandi

Experience: 3-4 years Experience

Ladies Wear Stitching Experience required.

  • Supervise operators in a designated line (approx. 25 operators per line).
  • Ensure production targets are met daily.
  • Monitor quality of work in coordination with QC team.
  • Maintain workflow efficiency and material handling in the line.
  • Identify bottlenecks or machine issues and report to Production Head.
  • Train and guide operators on machine usage, safety, and SOPs.
  • Maintain daily production records and submit reports to Production Head.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
