You will lead the development and delivery of business intelligence and data engineering solutions using theMicrosoft Analytics Stack, includingAzure Data Factory,Databricks,Synapse, andFabric. You'll work closely with stakeholders to build scalable, reliable, and insightful data solutions that drive strategic decision-making.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver scalable data analytics solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and Fabric.Participate in architectural design and contribute to system-level decisions for data pipelines and platforms.Collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using modern data platform technologies and ensure data quality, integrity, and performance.Apply data warehouse and lakehouse methodologies, including medallion architecture.Conduct data profiling, anomaly detection, and dimensional data modeling (Kimball).Implement DevOps and CI/CD practices to support efficient deployment and integration.Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.Actively participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and progress tracking.Basic Requirements3–5 years of professional experience in data engineering.Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, and preferably Microsoft Fabric.Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling (dimensional/Kimball).Experience in building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines and working with large-scale datasets.Familiarity with data lakehouse and data warehouse design principles.Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile engineering practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage directly with clients.Self-motivated, independent worker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft Certification: Azure Data Engineer Associate or similar.Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.Exposure to AI/ML pipelines or advanced analytics in Azure.Experience working in global delivery or consulting environments.Knowledge of data governance, security practices, and compliance standards.check(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => ,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final- final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
