VLMS Global is a next-generation digital marketing agency leveraging AI and data-driven

strategies to help brands grow globally. We provide services across SEO, PPC, Social

Media, Content Marketing, and Performance Marketing.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will represent VLMS Global to

potential clients, understand their challenges, and pitch tailored digital marketing solutions

that create measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other

channels.

 Understand client pain points, business objectives, and industry context to pitch the

right mix of digital marketing services.

 Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that showcase VLMS Global's value

proposition.

 Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and ensure consistent follow-ups.

 Collaborate with the internal SEO, Paid Ads, and Content teams to align proposals

with execution capabilities.

 Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet revenue targets.

 Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM.

 Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and industry

developments.

Requirements

 1–5 years of experience in business development / client acquisition in the digital

marketing or advertising industry.

 Strong understanding of services like SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and

Content Marketing.

 Proven track record of pitching and closing clients.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into service solutions.

 Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with working in a fast-paced

environment.

Nice to Have

 Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Middle East, etc.).

 Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

 Prior agency experience.
