Location : Alibag

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facility Management Executive to oversee day-to-day property operations, vendor management, and compliance requirements. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of equipment and services, housekeeping, pantry, mailroom, and cafeteria operations, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee upkeeping of all equipment & systems and ensure 100% uptime.
  • Manage all AMCs and ensure preventive maintenance through a 52-week calendar.
  • Conduct daily site walks, track checklists, and close snag lists.
  • Ensure smooth operations of vending machines, cafeteria, and pantry services.
  • Supervise housekeeping services, manpower, consumables, and pest control activities.
  • Maintain building cleanliness (internal & external).

Administration & Compliance

  • Manage stationery and inventory requirements.
  • Oversee labor management and compliance, ensuring at least 95% compliance score.
  • Track and ensure timely vendor invoice submission and processing.
  • Conduct vendor staff trainings as per training calendars; maintain documentation in SharePoint.
  • Ensure mailroom service processes and procedures are adhered to.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients for smooth facility operations.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Arrange for client visits and meetings, ensuring seamless hospitality.
  • Conduct daily staff briefings and align team performance with service level agreements.
  • Constantly monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements.
  • Cultivate vendor and stakeholder relationships for operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–8 years of experience in facility management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of facility administration, operations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for vendors, staff, and clients.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management (BHM preferred) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
