Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant – Telco OSS with strong experience in Java, Azure, and TMF/OSS frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in telecom OSS solution development and integration, with the ability to take ownership and lead key deliverables from analysis to implementation. A strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of telecom functions, and ability to review and validate technical designs are critical to this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and exhibit a lead mindset in delivering end-to-end telecom OSS solutions.
  • Analyze business and system requirements, identify gaps, and propose technical solutions.
  • Review and validate technical designs to ensure alignment with solution architecture and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA to drive project success.
  • Develop and maintain components using Java, Spring Boot, and integrate via RESTful APIs.
  • Utilize SQL for data access and analysis, and manage codebase using GIT/Maven.
  • Deploy and support applications on Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to the documentation of solutions, design decisions, and technical processes.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and solution delivery.
  • Strong hands-on skills in:
  • Java, Spring Boot
  • SQL, REST APIs
  • GIT, Maven
  • Azure cloud platform
  • Experience with TMF frameworks / OSS systems in the Telecom domain.
  • Ability to perform and review technical design.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Desired/Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Hibernate ORM.
  • Prior experience in business/system analysis roles.
  • Functional knowledge of Telco operations and workflows.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps tools is a plus.
