Upwork Bidder

We are looking for a motivated and skilled
Online Bidder
to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and bidding on online freelancing platforms such as
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru
, etc. This role involves writing compelling proposals, communicating with clients, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and projects on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.)
• Write clear, customized, and compelling project proposals.
• Maintain active communication with clients and follow up on submitted proposals.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to create accurate quotes.
• Convert leads into successful business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for leads and revenue generation.
• Maintain documentation and reports of bidding activity and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role (preferred)
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand client needs and project requirements.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of web development, mobile apps, or digital services (a plus)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
