**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential business opportunities and projects on platforms like UpWork, Freelancer.in, and others.
- Prepare detailed proposals and bidding documents tailored to client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable deals.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction throughout the bidding process.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align bidding strategies with business goals.
- Track and report on bidding activities and outcomes to improve future performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in online bidding and business development.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with various online bidding platforms and CRM software.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the marketing industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
