Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Dispatcher based in Vadodara. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules and routes of the drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of shipments. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring the status of shipments, communicating with drivers and clients, handling any issues or delays, and maintaining accurate logs and records.

  • Schedule management and route planning skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle time-sensitive and critical shipments efficiently
  • Experience with logistics software and tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in logistics or transportation is a plus
