Roles & Responsibilities (Accounts Executive)

  • Handle daily accounting operations such as data entry, invoicing, and ledger maintenance.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing of books.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.).
  • Generate financial reports and support audits when required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payments.
  • Monitor cash flow and expense management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian tax regulations.
  • Good command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance is a plus.
