The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player and proven leader. As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will partner with customers to understand their pain points, design AI-powered agents that address those needs, and deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm with customers to understand current security and engineering processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Build prototypes tailored to customers on our AI agent platform for demos and proof-of-concepts
  • Deploy AI agents into customer environments and build integrations to customer data and tools
  • Collaborate with customers using AI engineering techniques to validate efficacy of the AI agents and demonstrate measurable improvements
  • Work with our core engineering team to productize prototypes
  • Document playbooks for customers and contribute to internal knowledge base for best practices and insights from customer engagements to keep enhancing the product

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software, solutions, or customer engineering roles with a strong emphasis on customer facing engagements
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices such as code review, design review, threat modeling, vulnerability scanning, software supply chain
  • Hands-on experience building AI/ML-driven applications leveraging large language models (LLMs)
  • Proven skills in data preparation, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines
  • Understanding of evaluation metrics, monitoring, and continuous improvement
  • Proficient with APIs, JSON, and low-code / no-code platforms such as n8n
  • 3+ years of deep fluency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
  • 3+ years architecting and operating solutions in public clouds (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
