Senior AI Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer (Lead) to design, build, and optimize next-generation AI and ML systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), with the ability to mentor engineers and drive innovation across model development and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of advanced ML pipelines and AI models.
- Mentor AI/ML engineers, perform code reviews, and ensure coding excellence.
- Optimize LLMs and GenAI models for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with architects and data scientists to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Continuously explore new technologies and frameworks to enhance AI capabilities.
Must Have Skills:
- Deep Learning frameworks: PyTorch / TensorFlow
- Experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Strong knowledge of API development and integration
Good to Have Skills:
- CUDA programming and GPU optimization
- Experience in multi-modal AI (text, image, speech)
- Proven mentoring and leadership abilities
