About Us

Earthen Glow is a body care startup set to launch in the D2C space soon. We have already launched our B2B range with one of the largest and most prestigious hotel chains. Our premise is that skincare science should meet the gold standard for body care indulgence, and we have a unique blend of actives and fragrances.

The D2C brand will be launching in the next 3 to 4 months with a comprehensive range and international-quality packaging. The company is helmed by a well-renowned corporate leader and angel investor, supported by a small team of MBAs from top-tier institutes and respected advisors with decades of relevant experience.

We are a tight-knit, ambitious team building a brand from the ground up. At Earthen Glow, you will not just be another cog in the machine — you will have a front-row seat to the entire brand-building process. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and advisors, gain firsthand exposure to D2C growth strategies, and contribute directly to product launches, brand campaigns, and scaling operations. About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated and curious Interns to help drive research, branding and content creation in the rapidly growing body care industry. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to explore market & product trends, analyze competitor activities and create engaging social media content that resonates with modern consumers. If you perform exceptionally, this can be converted into a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Trends & Insights in the Body Care Industry

  • Conduct deep research on current and emerging trends in skincare and body care
  • Track consumer behaviors, preferences, and product innovations shaping the market
  • Summarize insights into clear, actionable reports for the Marketing Manager

Marketplaces Analysis and Competitors research

  • Analyze major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart) to understand competitive positioning, pricing, product reviews, and promotional strategies
  • Identify gaps, opportunities, and best practices from top-performing brands

Social media research

  • Explore online communities (Reddit, Facebook Groups, TikTok, Instagram) to uncover real customer conversations, pain points, and trends
  • Compile learnings and suggest creative ways to address audience needs or leverage viral moments

Social Media content

  • Assist in brainstorming and creating social media content, including short-form videos, reels, stories, posts, and infographics
  • Help script, draft, and organize content calendars in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
  • Monitor engagement and recommend optimizations to improve reach and performance

Branding

  • Assist in developing and refining brand messaging and identity to ensure consistency across all marketing channels
  • Collaborate in creating brand guidelines and visual assets alongside the creative team
  • Support initiatives to enhance brand awareness and positioning in the competitive body care market
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to craft compelling brand stories that resonate with target audiences

Job Requirements

  • Strong research and analytical skills; ability to sift through large amounts of information and distil key insights
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit)
  • Passionate about the beauty and body care industry, keen interest in market trends and consumer needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm fresh ideas
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing apps, or content scheduling tools is a plus (but not required)
  • Preference will be given to those pursuing an MBA (Not Mandatory, but a Plus)
