Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Tambaram. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, relationship management, and personalized support. Day-to-day tasks include managing loan applications, providing expert guidance on home loan products, assisting clients through the application and disbursement process, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining an updated customer database. The role involves fostering positive relationships with clients and addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer relationship management and providing personalized support
  • Strong understanding of home loan products and financial services
  • Ability to conduct follow-ups and maintain records accurately
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the housing finance or banking sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in local languages, in addition to English, is advantageous
