We are seeking a passionate and skilled Technician Trainer with a strong background in skincare and hands-on training. If you're certified in CIDESCO (or equivalent) and love educating others, this role is perfect for you
You'll be responsible for training salon professionals and partners across multiple locations, demonstrating products, and helping build strong brand advocacy through technical education.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hands-on product demos and training sessions for salon professionals and key decision-makers
Deliver structured training programs to new and existing partners in assigned territories
Collaborate with Senior Training Manager, Marketing, and Founders to align training goals
Support Account Managers by providing training that supports business development
Represent the brand at client meetings, events, and exhibitions
Ensure consistent delivery of technical information and product knowledge
Candidate Requirements:
CIDESCO certification or equivalent (mandatory)
6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in training or skincare education
Strong understanding of skin science and skincare products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel frequently
Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a start-up environment
Passionate about skincare, beauty education, and customer empowerment
