Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Production Planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and build a strong foundation in production processes and planning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing daily and weekly production schedules under guidance from senior planners.
  • Support coordination between production, stores, and procurement departments.
  • Help track progress of production orders and update records accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of planning data, job cards, and reports.
  • Learn and apply basic planning concepts, ERP entries, and material requirement analysis.
  • Assist in identifying delays or issues and escalating them as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (2024 or 2025 pass-out preferred).
  • Software Skills:
  • Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, formatting, basic charts).
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Other Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
  • Willingness to work on-site and commit to full-time work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
