About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and driven recently qualified Chartered Accountants to join our Finance team as Management Trainees. Key Responsibilities:

As a Management Trainee Finance, you will be exposed to a wide range of financial functions, including:

  • Taxation: Assist in preparing and reviewing direct and indirect tax filings, and support compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Financial Planning: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Financial Reporting: Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Balance Sheet Management: Help monitor and analyze balance sheet components, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), qualified in the last 12 months.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
