Designation: Assistant Manager- FP&A
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support monthly/quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and business performance tracking
- Prepare management reports and executive dashboards with clear insights
- Conduct financial modelling, scenario planning, and margin analysis
- Collaborate with business teams to gather data and ensure alignment
- Contribute to automation and efficiency improvements in reporting
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects
Qualification & Experience (Critical and Desirable)
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) with 3-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in FP&A
- Working knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SAP is preferred
- Good understanding of financials and business performance metrics
- Good analytical and communication skills
