Were looking for a Social Creative Director who can shape the brand's social voice and lead the creative direction across platforms. Someone who can turn everyday moments into engaging narratives, and make 99acres not just seen but felt .

What You'll Do

Define and lead the social creative strategy for 99acres across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and other emerging platforms

Work with external agencies and creative partners to deliver campaigns that build engagement and emotional connect.

Conceptualize, script, and guide the production of high-impact short-form content reels, videos, carousels, and influencer collaborations.

Build performance campaigns for multi categories across static, video and carousel assets

Translate complex real estate stories into fresh, relatable, and human-centered communication.

Identify emerging trends, formats, and creators to keep the brand's content relevant and resonant.

Maintain the brand's distinct tone credible, warm, and culturally aware.

What We're Looking For

8–12 years of experience in digital-first creative roles preferably in brand marketing or leading creative agencies.

Strong conceptual and copywriting ability, with proven experience building social-first brands or IPs.

Excellent understanding of platform behavior, audience psychology, and content performance.

Comfort working as an individual contributor, collaborating with multiple external agencies and internal stakeholders.

A curious, collaborative mindset with a sharp eye for cultural trends and creative craft.
