About the Role

We're seeking a visionary Art Director with a passion for visual storytelling, motion design, and digital learning experiences. In this role, you'll lead creative strategy and execution for high-impact eLearning and digital training solutions serving some of the world's largest organizations. You'll blend design thinking with hands-on execution—mentoring creative teams, collaborating with global stakeholders, and setting new standards for innovation in learning design.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the visual direction and creative strategy across multimedia, video, motion graphics, and UI/UX design for eLearning solutions.

  • Translate learning objectives and storyboards into engaging digital experiences that bring concepts to life.

  • Partner with Instructional Designers and Project Managers to ensure alignment between visual storytelling and learning goals.

  • Manage a multidisciplinary team of 8–12 designers, artists, and developers, fostering creativity and collaboration.

  • Interface directly with US-based clients, presenting creative concepts and gathering feedback.

  • Oversee the development of design assets for WBTs, ILTs, simulations, infographics, branding, and more.

  • Drive creative innovation by staying ahead of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in motion graphics, UX, and digital media.


What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in design, including strong experience within the eLearning or digital media industry.

  • Proven expertise in Flash, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, and Sound Forge.

  • Strong motion graphics, visualization, and audio-visual storytelling skills.

  • Basic scripting knowledge in Flash (ActionScript) and experience creating interactive design elements.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills—able to clearly articulate creative concepts.

  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on design execution.
