Roles and Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for single / multiple towers incudes following:

Execution of the entire project including all packages (Civil + Finishes + Facade + MEPF) within time, cost & quality which includes following but not limited to it.

  • Responsible for overall project construction activity from Conception to Completion within time frame
  • Review of drawings to identify site related concerns if any
  • Review / Preparation of checklist for various construction activity to maintain records
  • Co-ordination with All Consultant and contractor for design, commercial and execution matters  Coordination with Contractors & Vendors for work execution / material receipt as per planning
  • Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports and submit for review of project manager
  • Ensure Quality Construction standards and the use of Proper construction techniques
  • Daily site inspections for Progress, Quality & resolution of interdisciplinary, inter agency conflicts for smooth execution of all packages on site.
  • Preparing or certifying contractor's and material supply bills for payment
  • Assist Project manager in Design Coordination, Design Cross Verification, Value Engineering, Rate Analysis, Costing, Budgeting, Extra Items, and Claim Settlements.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
  • Knowledge of MS office, MS project and AutoCAD
  • Ensure best practices for QA/QC & EHS.
  • Ensure correct & realistic MIS generation
