Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Civil Engineer
to join our team for a
Tall Building Project
. The ideal candidate will assist in technical supervision, ensure work quality, and coordinate effectively with contractors and site teams to achieve timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site work as per approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and agencies for smooth execution.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.

Assist in inspections, material checks, and proper documentation.

Report daily progress and support senior engineers in technical tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

1–3 years of site experience
, preferably in high-rise or tall building projects.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and quality standards.

Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Ability to work under supervision and adapt to site conditions.
