Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Project Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in civil engineering. The ideal candidate will integrate with our multidisciplinary team to manage and lead projects. Strong technical skills, particularly in AutoCAD, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill) to create precise civil and structural designs.
  • Experience in Civil 3D, ensuring efficient design and drafting of civil projects.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Software, such as Primavera P6, to facilitate effective project planning.
  • Skilled in construction scheduling to ensure timely completion of building projects.
  • Profound understanding of structural analysis for assessing and validating design specifications.
  • Competence in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for effective visualization and management of project data.
  • Expertise in reinforced cement concrete (RCC) work to oversee durable structural foundations and frameworks.
  • Proficient in managing finish activities to deliver high-quality project completions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions and ensure efficient distribution of resources throughout project lifecycles.
  • Conduct site inspections to measure project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to draft detailed designs adhering to project requirements and standards.
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to align project goals and execution strategies.
  • Develop construction schedules to facilitate efficient project workflows and meet deadlines.
  • Prepare project reports and documentation to communicate project status, challenges, and solutions.
  • Facilitate quality assurance and control measures to maintain high standards of engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with the design team to incorporate state-of-the-art techniques and technologies into projects.
