Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager- (
Product Solar Module and Inverter
)based in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be expected to lead a sales team, provide training and guidance, and work closely with other departments to ensure effective client solutions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies, and creating sales reports
  • Experience in market research and identifying new business opportunities
  • Leadership skills, with experience in training and managing a sales team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida with a flexible schedule
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the industrial or commercial sector is preferred
