Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and result-oriented Education Consultants who can partner with schools to introduce and onboard them to the Classess platform. You will be responsible for connecting with school leaders, demonstrating the platform, and supporting them through the onboarding process.

This freelance role is ideal for educators, institutional sales professionals, or education entrepreneurs who have strong school networks and understand how academic institutions function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to schools and colleges for Classess partnerships.
  • Conduct presentations and demos for principals, school owners, and decision-makers.
  • Explain Classess plans (Smart Start, Premium, and Direct-to-Parent) and institutional benefits.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding team for smooth activation after sign-up.
  • Report daily or weekly progress through voice or digital updates.
  • Provide insights from the field to improve sales and communication strategies.
  • Represent Classess professionally in all meetings, events, and school interactions.

Desired Profile

  • Prior experience in school sales, education consultancy, or institutional outreach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with EdTech products, LMS, or digital learning tools preferred.
  • Access to a network of K–12 schools or education groups.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working on a freelance/commission-based model.
