PCB Repair Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PCB Repair Technician specializing in component-level troubleshooting and repair of electronic boards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing PCBs used in industrial/consumer electronics and a strong understanding of electronic components and circuits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair electronic PCBs at the component level.
  • Identify faulty components using testing equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering stations.
  • Perform soldering, de-soldering, and rework of SMD and through-hole components.
  • Maintain documentation of repairs, testing results, and replaced components.
  • Ensure quality checks and functional testing of repaired boards.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team for root cause analysis of recurring failures.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in PCB testing, soldering, and rework techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and components.
  • Familiarity with oscilloscopes, LCR meters, and other diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / BE in Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Instrumentation OR
  • Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on PCB component-level repair experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
