Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Road Construction Operative. The Road Construction Operative will be responsible for preparing and maintaining construction sites, operating machinery, working with construction materials, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in compliance with safety standards. Day-to-day duties include laying pavement, repairing roads, maintaining tools and equipment, and assisting in a range of construction and maintenance projects. Collaboration with team members and adherence to project timelines will be key expectations in this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operating road construction machinery and tools, such as bulldozers, rollers, and asphalt spreaders
  • Knowledge of construction materials, processes, and road repair techniques
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction environments
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditions
  • Relevant certifications or training in construction or heavy machinery operation (preferred)
  • Experience working on-site in a similar role is a plus
