ServiceNow IRM Developer/Consultant

Mandatory:
Experience in ServiceNow IRM Module Implementation.

Mandatory:
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM CMDB and CSDM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow IRM Development & Configuration: Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
  • Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
  • Develop and manage script objects: Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Flows/Workflows.
  • Integration & Data Management: Set up and manage integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server) and perform data imports/exports.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on IRM best practices.

Preferred Skills/Certifications:

  • Good to have: Javascript, Angular.
  • Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS – Risk and Compliance (GRC CIS), ServiceNow CAD.
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
