Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions across ServiceNow's Security Operations (SecOps), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and a deep understanding of business processes to optimize our enterprise service delivery and security posture.

Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Platform Development:

●    Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including SecOps, ITSM, and IRM.

●    Create and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).

●    Develop integrations with other enterprise systems using various methods (e.g., REST API, SOAP, JDBC, Mid Server).

●    Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality, defect-free solutions.

●    Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and functionalities.

● Stay current with new ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices.

Security Operations (SecOps):

●     Implement and configure Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.

●    Develop automation and orchestration for security workflows, covering incident creation, analysis, and remediation.

●    Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with security tools such as SIEM, threat intelligence platforms, and vulnerability scanners.

● Customize security dashboards and reporting to deliver actionable insights.

IT Service Management (ITSM):

●    Develop and enhance modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, and Service Catalog.

●    Configure and optimize service portals, including custom widgets and pages.

●    Improve ITSM processes through automation and workflow enhancements.

● Ensure ITSM solutions align with ITIL best practices.

Integrated Risk Management (IRM):

●    Implement and configure modules such as Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Policy and Compliance Management, and Risk Management.

●    Develop custom applications and workflows to support organizational risk assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.

●    Integrate IRM with other data sources and systems for comprehensive risk visibility.

● Generate reports and dashboards for risk posture and compliance status.

General Responsibilities:

●    Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

●    Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and junior developers.

●    Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to deployment and support.

Required Skills & Experience:

●    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

●    4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

●    Proven expertise in developing and implementing solutions across
ServiceNow SecOps, ITSM, and IRM modules.

●    Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

●    Experience with various integration methods (e.g., REST API, SOAP, JDBC).

●    Solid understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.

●    Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
